Our 2 Week Taster Membership
Our 2 Week Taster membership gives those new to CrossFit the opportunity to attend all of our classes for 2 weeks. As well as our WOD (Workout Of the Day) classes, you’ll be able to attend our Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics, Hyrox and Assault Fitness classes, to give you the best insight in to what CrossFit Southampton has to offer.
If you have some previous experience of CrossFit but are in need of a refresh, then this taster membership could be a good option for you! If, however, you have been doing CrossFit for sometime, then you can opt for one of our standard memberships.
At the end of the 2 week membership you can then move into our group Introduction Course which will cover the fundamentals of Crossfit in more detail and support you to then join the main classes equipped with the knowledge and skills you need. Once the Introduction Course has been completed you will then be able to join up on one of our full memberships and have access to our full timetable.
If there is a gap between you finishing your 2 Week Taster membership and completing your Intro Course, we will allow you to sign-up on a full membership as long as you are booked on to complete an Intro Course soon.
